Delete your Fathom Reach account
This page covers Fathom Reach by Feldsparc. The game is published as com.octofiesta.crushdepth on mobile. There are two ways to delete your Fathom Reach account. Both run the same deletion. A mobile purchase keeps the limited store record described below. This lets Restore Purchase keep working. Steam, iOS, and Android accounts are separate. Submit a request for each account you want deleted.
From inside the game
Open Settings and choose Delete All Progress. It takes effect immediately and needs no request or waiting period. This is the route we recommend, because the game already knows who you are and no identity check is needed.
From the web
If you no longer have the game installed, email feldsparc@pm.me with the subject line "Delete my account".
Tell us which store you played on, Apple or Google, and your rig name. We will confirm you own the account before deleting anything, so that nobody can delete an account that is not theirs. Expect a reply within five business days and deletion within 30 days of that confirmation.
Include in your email:
- The store you played on: Apple, Google, or Steam
- Your rig name, exactly as it appears in the game
- The email address you want the confirmation sent to
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- Your account and its live Apple, Google, or Steam sign-in link
- All game progress: deck, cards, currency, unlocks, base layout, and base snapshots
- Ladder rating, leaderboard entries, daily results, and Endless results
- Defense reports and raid history
- Your dive allowance record
- Any feedback note associated with your account
Raids in flight against your base are retired at the same time, so no other player is left holding a match they cannot finish.
Deletion is immediate and permanent once it runs. If you come back, you start over as a new player. On mobile, only the store recovery record below recognizes the returning provider identity. It cannot restore progress.
What is not deleted
Feedback notes you sent without being signed in are not associated with your account, so we cannot find them to delete. They are deleted automatically 90 days after you send them.
Players you raided keep their own defense reports, and a report records the raider's name as plain text at the time of the raid. That name stays in their report after your account is gone. Nothing links it back to you once the account is deleted.
Your purchase of the full unlock is held by Apple or Google. We keep a limited recovery record. It holds your provider subject, store alias, purchase facts, and refund state. It has no game progress or deleted account id. This record lets the same provider identity use Restore Purchase. It also keeps a later refund or revocation effective. We delete an unused store alias with its account.
Deleting your Fathom Reach account does not refund the purchase. It does not cancel the purchase. Install the game again and use the same store account. Restore Purchase returns an active unlock. Steam has no mobile store recovery record.
We may keep the request correspondence or a minimal case record where the law requires us to show that we honored it. That record is separate from the deleted game account and is not used to recognize you in the game.
